Innovating Change—Fall Session

Are you wondering how to keep your innovation momentum going amid exhaustion and a pull back to normalcy?

Are you feeling isolated? Do you have a transformative idea to improve education but aren’t sure where to start?

The NAIS Strategy Lab team has an exciting, new experience for individuals who want to innovate. We’re in need of testers and co-creators for a cohort-based online course that seeks to help make meaningful change at their schools. This is not your typical online course—there aren’t any lectures, quizzes, or certificates. Instead, you will be diving into concepts and putting them into action with a group of peers.

The goal: to bring together diverse voices dedicated to innovation from across the independent school landscape and to collaborate around an initiative that will reimagine an element of your school. You can expect to experience new theories and frameworks, thought-provoking conversations, and lots of “pitching” and feedback-giving. By the end of the course, you’ll have a designed, tested, derisked idea and plan of action that will kick-start change on your campus.

You can expect about one to two hours of asynchronous work to prepare for the four 90-minute sessions.
