From Aim to Action is a three-day workshop designed for school teams who have previously completed NAIS’s Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM) process. Through the NAIS Strategy Lab’s tried-and-true vision and strategy model, this workshop will help teams continue to diagnose what their AIM insights reveal about their school and focus on areas of concern. Teams will apply innovation frameworks and engage in thought-exercises to generate exciting possibilities and plan for an effective implementation and roll-out of new ideas. School teams will leave with a pitch deck and a concise and compelling story that outlines how their AIM findings have led to innovative approaches to reach their larger DEI goals.

Registration Information
The deadline to register is Friday, February 7, 2025.
Schools determine up to six participants who will make up their workshop team. The ideal team size is three to six participants, but schools can decide to send only two participants. Individuals are not recommended due to the significant amount of team work time built into the agenda. You will need to know the number of attendees at the time of registration. You can make updates to the attendee names that fill your spots until two weeks before the event.
Cancellations received up to 30 business days before the start date of the program will be fully refunded, minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 30 business days before the program will not be refunded. Cancellation requests should be emailed to strategylab@nais.org.
If you have any questions about this session, don't hesitate to reach out to the Strategy Lab team at strategylab@nais.org.
March 10, 11 and 13, 2025; 12:00 - 3:00 PM ET each day
This is a team-based experience, so a diverse group representing a cross section of the school (up to six people) is important. Consider sending your AIM steering committee including the AIM site coordinator, head of school, DEI director, and other senior leaders.
