If you’ve asked yourself this question and you aren’t sure where to begin to unpack this challenge, then join the Reimagine Tuition Workshop. This two-day, in-person experience is designed to guide school teams through phases and frameworks to help identify pricing and affordability realities and opportunities.
The workshop will introduce tools to examine where you stand on the affordability scale and provide examples of tuition innovation. Ultimately, the workshop helps school teams explore how to define, decide, and design an approach to tuition setting or create a discount strategy that reflects and strengthens your market position.
This is the first time we are offering this workshop in-person and we have intentionally kept the group size small, limited to only four schools, so that we can deeply engage with each team. Breakfast will be provided each morning, as well as a happy hour after our day one sessions. Upon registering, we'll send detailed information about where to stay, nearby lunch options that are great for team-building, and the specific office location.
August 8-9, 2023; 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET each day
Schools should send diverse teams of up to six people to this workshop including the head of school, board members, and leadership team members. Please note, you do not need to know all attendees upon registering.
