This three-day experience is designed to guide school teams through phases and frameworks to help identify pricing and affordability realities and opportunities.
The workshop will introduce tools to examine where you stand on the affordability scale and provide examples of tuition innovation. Ultimately, the workshop helps school teams explore how to define, decide, and design an approach to tuition setting that reflects and strengthens your market position.
June 21–23, 2022; 1–4:00 PM ET each day
Schools should send diverse teams of up to six people to this workshop including the head of school, board members, and leadership team members.
